Edmond Community Fair

Come join us at the Edmond Community Fair in the Edmond North Parking Lot on May 7th from 10 AM to 1 PM!
In partnership with the City of Edmond and the United Way of Central Oklahoma , the second annual Edmond Community Fair is set for this Saturday, May 7, at Edmond North High School from 10am to 1pm!

The City of Edmond – including both the Edmond Police Department and Edmond Fire Department – the Edmond Public Schools Foundation, civic organizations, regional churches, and support groups are teaming to provide not only a fun-filled event for school-aged children but also provide access to vital resources and services for the underserved and underinsured members of our community.

More than 40 agencies will be on hand to provide information, resources, and activities for Edmond Families. Free immunizations for children, a free hot dog lunch provided by the Edmond Police Department, free snow cones donated by Bahama Bucks, popcorn, princess characters, and bags of non-perishable food, will all be available while supplies last.

Edmond Public Schools Foundation will be there sharing information about Early Birds and mental health resources. Edmond Public Schools will be there to share about employment opportunities at Edmond Public Schools!

ZONE 1:
  • City of Edmond - Free popcorn while supplies last
  • EPSF - Mental Health Awareness information, Free registration for Red Day Run 2022, Free Early Birds registration information and children's activities to take home
  • EPS - Employment information for EPS positions
  • Bahama Bucks - Donating Free Snow Cones while supplies last
  • OK County Health Department Caring Van - free immunizations for children
  • MY Princess and Character Parties - They are donating the following line-up of Princesses for the event.

    -Belle (12p-1p)
  • Drake’s Place - Provides Childcare for older kids of all abilities
  • Latino Develop Community Agency - Mental Health Department and Treatment Information
  • Real Single Moms - Will bring information about how to equip single moms to grow stronger in mind, body, spirit and family
  • True Dads - free fatherhood program, learn how to be there for the kids, how to work better together as co-parents, build relationships, and find a better job so the kids win at life.
  • Family Expectations - free relationship program for new and expecting parents
  • Work Ready Oklahoma - prepares Oklahomans for jobs that allow them to be in control of their future
  • Metropolitan Library System - kids activities, Information about Citizenship, ESL, GED classes, Help Now (online tutoring) for adults. You can also sign up for a library card, too!
  • Delta Dental - Captain Supertooth will be handing out free toothbrushes and charts.
  • The State of Oklahoma - will send representatives to help individuals fill out benefit applications including SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program), SoonerCare (Medicaid), Child Care Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
  • Ministries of Jesus - Provide resources for Counseling, Addiction Recovery, Social Services, and Support Groups
  • Edmond Historical Society & Museum - Providing Kids Activities
  • Hope Center of Edmond - Information on their social assistance programs such as food, clothing, or financial needs. Will also have information about their Women, Infants, and Children program (WIC).
  • Project 66 - Food & Resource Center. Will provide bags of non-perishable food while supplies last
  • YMCA - Provides a wide variety of services to individuals and families with a focus on youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
  • EARC - Provides a better quality of life and encourages greater independence to adults with developmental disabilities through vocational and residential services.
  • Pivot - Provides services to youth and families including crisis intervention, counseling, shelter, and other much-needed services to at-risk teens and adults.
  • Boy Scouts of America - Works to ensure that, regardless of age, income, or background, every youth has the opportunity to discover the leader inside themselves.
  • Camp Fire USA - Character, Leadership, Self-Esteem, and Outdoor-based programs for school-aged boys and girls.

  • Edmond PD - Free hotdog lunch, provided courtesy of Edmond Police Department, while supplies last

  • Areawide Aging Agency - Advancing the dignity and independence of older adults in our community
  • Edmond PD - Come hang out with Edmond Police Officers and check out some of their different vehicles
  • Edmond FD - Fire will have their pedal bike course set-up for kids to play on
  • Edmond Parks & Recreation - Kids Games and Activities
  • Edmond Shift - Mobility and safety aspects of transportation
  • Edmond Community Image - Will have code town and informational flyers
  • Pilar Designs Face Painting - Providing complementary face painting
  • United Way of Central Oklahoma - Committed to improve the health, safety, education, and economic well-being of individual families in need in Central Oklahoma by connecting community resources with responsive and accountable health and human services agencies.
  • Daily Living Centers - Oklahoma's leader in quality, affordable adult day health services and independent living services delivered with dignity
  • Goodwill - Provides skills training, job search assistance and support to people with disabilities and disadvantages so they may find and retain employment to improve their lives.
  • Integris Hospital - Will be on-site doing blood pressure checks and prevention in companion with access to health resources and information.
  • Health Alliance for the Uninsured - Provides prescription medications, diagnostic testing, specialty consults and surgeries for low-income, uninsured patients of safety net health clinics in Oklahoma County.
  • Community Literacy Agency - Dedicated to teaching adults how to read
  • HeartLine - Connects Oklahomans with help, hope and information - 24 hours a day through phone-based services, crisis intervention and suicide prevention.
  • John W. Keys Speech & Hearing Center - A comprehensive speech and hearing clinic educating students to be professionals and providing state-of-the-art services.
  • Mental Health Association - Dedicated to promoting mental health, preventing mental disorders and achieving victory over mental illness through advocacy, education, research, service and housing.
  • Salvation Army - Provides food, shelter, meals, clothing, utility assistance, transportation, disaster relief, Boys & Girls Clubs, senior and youth activities, character-building programs and substance abuse rehabilitation
  • NewView - Empowers people who are blind or visually impaired to achieve their maximum level of independence through employment, rehabilitation and community outreach.
  • YWCA - Provides lifesaving emergency shelter, transitional housing and supportive crisis services for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking victims in Oklahoma County.
  • CASA - Recruits, trains and supports volunteers who represent the best interests of abused and neglected children in juvenile court and other settings.
